Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Mane.Lobby. By booking an appointment or purchasing products through our salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Parking
Free parking is available behind the building for all Mane.Lobby guests.
2. Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time to settle in and enjoy a complimentary beverage from the M.L Café. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling at the stylist’s discretion.
3. Booking & Deposits
A nonrefundable $30 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied to your final service total. Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated no-shows may lead to denial of future bookings.
5. Service Approval & Refund Policy
All services are final once completed. By leaving the salon, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with your hair service or treatment.
Refunds or partial refunds are not provided. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your original appointment. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a one-time adjustment at no additional cost.
6. Product Sales
All product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair care products or tools once they leave the salon.
7. Health & Safety
Clients must inform their stylist of any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their service. Mane.Lobby is not liable for any adverse reactions that may occur if health information is not disclosed.
8. Personal Belongings
Please keep personal items secure during your visit. Mane.Lobby is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, including disrespect toward staff or other clients, or failure to follow salon policies.
